Shipping policy

Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, USA.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the order value (gross value of goods):

Order value below €30.00: shipping costs €4.99
Order value of €30.00 or more: free shipping

Deliveries abroad:

We charge the following flat-rate shipping costs for deliveries abroad:

Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland: €9.99
For orders of €100.00 or more, we deliver to these countries free of charge.

USA: €45.00, regardless of the order value. Free shipping to the USA is not available.
The flat shipping rate for the USA includes all customs duties and import charges. We clear customs for your shipment in advance (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP), so you will not incur any further customs or import costs on delivery.

Provision of digital vouchers:

No shipping costs are charged for the provision of digital vouchers.

Digital vouchers are provided to you via a link sent by email.
The email containing the access details for the digital vouchers will be sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2 - 4 working days and abroad within 3 - 10 working days of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
