🪨 Will my stone look exactly like the one in the photo?

With one-of-a-kind items, you will receive the exact stone from the photo. Once it's gone, it's gone for good. Therefore: If a piece speaks to you, don't hesitate too long. ✨
For tumbled stones, bracelets, and intuitively chosen stones, you will receive a specimen that looks very similar to the photo – equal in quality and appearance, but naturally unique, as no two stones are alike.

Please note that we use very bright studio lighting to show all the details. Your crystal may look darker and show its full beauty in the sunlight.

📦 How long does shipping take?

We ship with DHL. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive tracking information via email. You can find all details regarding delivery times and shipping costs under Payment and Shipping.

🌍 Can I order from abroad?

You can see which countries we deliver to in your shopping cart – shipping costs will be displayed automatically there. All information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, and customs can be found under Payment and Shipping.

🌿 How do you pack your crystals?

We pack every stone and everything you order very carefully and with plenty of padding so that it arrives safely. 🌱

✨ How do I clean my new crystal?

Your new stone has been on a long journey and has absorbed many energies along the way. We clean all crystals before shipping so that your new companions can adjust to your energy right away. ↩️ What if something isn't right?

All information regarding your right of withdrawal can be found under Right of Withdrawal. If your stone arrives damaged or something is wrong, please write to us directly.

🔮 Do you really select the stones yourselves?

Yes! Dany and Ute – that's us, daughter and mother – select every single stone personally. With over 20 years of experience and a genuine passion for minerals. We know our suppliers, and every stone that makes it into the shop has delighted us. If we wouldn't want it ourselves, it doesn't get in. It's as simple as that. 💎
